The St Hilda’s Old Girls’ Association (OGA) provides a recognised means of communication between past and present students and other school support groups; to promote social interaction between Old Girls; and to promote a permanent interest in the life, activities and progress of St Hilda’s School.
In 2022, St Hilda’s School proudly celebrated the 100 year anniversary of the Old Girls’ Association.
At Senior Graduation, all students are automatically offered an OGA membership. The school is supported by an alumni community which is actively involved in mentoring, socialising and supporting the school through fundraising. Membership is free.
President: Nikki Christmas (2004)
After graduating from St Hilda’s in 2004, Nikki began studying Psychology at Griffith University before shifting her focus to Property and Sustainable Development, earning her Bachelor’s degree from Bond University and Kingston University (England) in 2009.
While completing her studies, Nikki gained hands-on experience as an Assistant Development Manager with a local property developer. She then transitioned into town planning consulting, working for an engineering firm where she developed a broad skill set. As the company expanded, Nikki relocated to Brisbane, where she spent six years reconnecting with old friends from St Hilda’s—even sharing a home with some.
Now back on the Gold Coast, Nikki has taken on an exciting role as a Strategic Planner at the City of Gold Coast (Council). With a strong appreciation for the education and opportunities she gained at St Hilda’s—alongside her deep family ties and lifelong friendships from the school—Nikki is honoured and excited to serve as President for the OGA Committee.
